Governance & Board of Trustees

The Trustees of The Mickel Fund are drawn from Directors and Shareholders of Mactaggart & Mickel Group Limited. The Trustees are appointed by Minute of Assumption which is then signed by the Trustees and registered in the Books of Council and Session and with OSCR the Scottish Charity Regulator. The Trustees meet twice yearly, usually in Spring and Autumn, to hear reports from major grant recipients, review and carefully consider new funding application and to continue to use both financial and human capital to assist in philanthropic endeavours that sit within our purposes.
